What is LearnYour Benefits?

LearnYour Benefits is a comprehensive, yet effortless to manage, employee benefits communications solution that enables you to share benefits communications sites with selected employer-clients. [Just one, or as many as you want]

Each employer-specific site is an all-in-one educational tool, virtual benefits guide, video streaming site, online promotions tool kit, and point solutions hub.

LearnYour Benefits has two primary experiences, the (1) employee-facing site accessed by an employer-specific, easy-to-remember URL, and the (2) administration area.  The employee-facing site is tailored for an employer’s brand, benefits, and employee population using the many features in the administration area.

Broker-Partners have access to a “reseller administration area” that gives them access to all their employers’ sites’ administration areas [demo, sample, or client sites] and their analytics dashboard and report writer.

You sign up by contacting us, attending a demo, or using the form on this site. After signing up we’ll schedule a brief, informative orientation meeting to cover your hassle-free experience. During this meeting you’ll also meet your dedicated client success manager. 

After signing up you’ll be able to take advantage of the many benefits outlined here

Most importantly, you can have all the free sample and demo sites you need. You’re only charged for an employer actually using LearnYour Benefits.  When you’re ready to add an employer site, we’re here to do all the setup and optimization.

There is no setup cost for the free broker-partner program, our relationship, your reseller administration area, or each employer site. 

You or your brokerage can do the setup for some savings.

Most broker-partners are invoiced monthly for each published employer site. We can invoice annually or quarterly as well. There is an initial twelve-month minimum term for each employer site, but it’s month-to-month after that period of time.

Typical next steps:

  1. Book a demo or sign up for the free Broker-Partner Program.
  2. Attend an orientation / kick-off meeting.
  3. Sign a master services agreement.
  4. Your initial free sales / sample site is automatically setup and is ready to modify.
  5. We / you setup your additional sales, sample, or demo sites [just ask and we’ll do it for you].
  6. We setup your first employer site.  You can do it for some savings.
  7. Your first employer-client private orientation meeting happens, if you offer them administrative access.

There is no minimum size; that’s up to you.  However, we do charge based on the size of employer, and do have a low minimum charge. It can be seen on our pricing page.

Contact your dedicated client success manager. If you wish to do it yourself for some savings, we’ll show you how and are always available for questions and on-demand support.

With most broker-partner arrangements we do all the heavy lifting.  It’s part of our hassle-free promise.  Including:

Most employer organizations are charged once per year for the whole year, with discounts for multi-year arrangements.  Options, and work-for-hire work like custom videos, are billed as the work is started and completed.

Our mission is enterprise-levels of employee benefits engagement for any size employer. We certainly do work with small organizations and non-profits, and are confident we’re the most affordable solution on the market.
