HR.com’s hr.research Institute, in partnership with LearnYour Benefits, conducted a survey called “The Future of Employee Communications Tools & Processes 2021” in the first quarter of 2021.
There were responses from 286 participants with 228 responding to every question. The participants came from a wide range of industries and organizations from fewer than 100 employees up to organizations with more than 20,000. Over a third (36%) of respondents represent organizations with 1,000 or more employees.
It’s clear from the findings, communications are EXTREMELY IMPORTANT or VERY IMPORTANT.
